Real estate and development company County Group recently launched an affordable luxury housing project 'Coco County' at Greater Noida West. It is likely to entail an investment of Rs. 3000 Crore, said a press release issued by the company.
Located at Sector Spreading 10 E, Coco County will be spread accross 4.5 acres, offering 2 BHK apartments (size 1,602 square feet) and 3 BHK apartments (from 1,152 square feet to 1,206 square feet) at affordable prices amid abundance of greenary and tropical style landscapping.
The work on Coco County has commenced and it is expected to be completed and offered for possession by year-end 2024, added the release.

A Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojnna (PMAY) registered project means that home buyers can not only avail credit linked subsidy under the scheme, but also will have to pay only 1 percent GST on their apartment.
